In order for us to help you, please provide the following information:
Scale Model Number - refer to the label under the bottom of the scale (such as 8922U, etc)
Phone / Tablet Type - let us know what device you are using, and what version of software (example: iPhone 6 with iOS 10 or Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 6.1)
Screenshots / Photos - if reporting an issue with the 8922U Bluetooth scale, please provide images of the scale or app
